The 27th USAMC

The 27th USAMC will occur in two stages.
The first event will be a virtual competition that is intended to bring Mental Athletes together and showcase the limitless possibilities of their minds. Participants will be taking part in five events that are traditional mnemonic challenges hosted by Memory League. The virtual competition will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

The highest scoring competitors from the qualifying events will be invited to compete in person for the championship on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Championship events will be held on stage and include mainstays such as Words to Remember and Three Strikes You’re Out plus several others.

We are looking for anyone that is interested in showcasing their memory skills, competing against fellow Mental Athletes of all ages, and most importantly, having fun! Our event is open to all legal US residents ages 13 and older. Please note all participants MUST have a laptop or desktop computer to compete (format will not be compatible with cellular devices) as well as online capabilities. Please be sure your bandwidth is compatible with Zoom.
